LOCATION AND START DATE

Position based in Suresnes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor day-to-day operations for an international portfolio of companies : incorporation of new entities approval of annual accounts registered office transfers appointments / changes of directors etc.
• Carry out exceptional operations : mergers spin-offs universal transfer of assets and liabilities (TUP) partial asset contributions capital increases / reductions equity transactions dissolutions liquidations etc.
• Contribute to the groups digital transformation by deploying and managing an internal tool designed to connect with legal advisors and share information.
• Maintain and update corporate registers.
• Carry out and follow up on legal formalities for the companies.
• Manage relationships with the Legal Departments various service providers (formalities agents translators notaries embassies consulates etc.).

PROFILE

• Experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position specializing in corporate law within an international environment.
• Strong command of corporate governance procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive rigorous and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English required.
