A fast-growing insurtech company in Paris is seeking a Paid Acquisition Manager to define and execute their paid acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in paid marketing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in at least one advertising network. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating with various teams to enhance acquisition efforts. This role offers the chance to significantly impact the company's growth in a supportive environment.
Orus is a fast-growing European insurtech company with big ambitions.
We started with a simple observation: professional insurance is too complex and inefficient. Professionals often don't know what coverage they need or how it applies, leaving them poorly protected.
Orus offers the insurance they've been waiting for: simple, fast, transparent, and human.
To offer a clear and intuitive user experience.
To leverage technology to build the insurance of tomorrow.
To achieve this, our founders Côme, Tom, and Samuel have raised €41 million to date, including a recent Series B round, with the support of leading investors such as the CEOs of Pennylane, Hiscox Europe, and Leocare.
You will be part of a fast-growing startup.
A senior team with experience at the best startups (PayFit, Qonto, Alan, etc.).
A supportive environment, which is particularly important at Orus.
And we are already France's favorite insurtech with a 4.9‑star rating on TrustPilot :)
What we offer:
On a daily basis, you will report to the Growth team and work with Marvin, our Head of Growth. As Paid Acquisition Manager at Orus, your goal will be to participate in the development and sustainability of the Paid division and to successfully develop and execute our paid acquisition strategy.
