JOB DESCRIPTION

SOJO is the leading platform for clothing repairs and alterations - modernising the industry and driving a culture of care within fashion. We partner with major fashion brands such as GANNI, Ralph Lauren & ARKET to provide an end-to-end service that combines our industry-leading software and in-house repair centre.

What we're looking for:

We’ve just expanded SOJO into France and are looking for someone exceptional to oversee and grow our French operations. This is for you if you’ve got an entrepreneurial mindset, are comfortable working autonomously and enjoy sales, management and building customer relationships.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of our studio in WL4T
    • Rota and Team management
    • Overall operational oversight of the quality and turnaround of our service
    • Budget management and ownership of studio profitability
  • Sales to Westfield stores:
    • Driving sales of our software and service to all retail stores in WL4T
    • Delivering the successful onboarding of store teams to our platform and ensuring their engagement and uptake
  • Store relationship management:
    • Being the key point of contact for stores to ensure our partners are supported and informed
    • Creating cadences for updates, reports and meetings with partners
  • Liaising with our current partners in their expansion to Paris
    • Working with the French teams of our global brand partners to support the successful international expansion of our Partnerships

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 4+ years experience in a start-up environment
  • Is confident creating systems and processes from scratch and working independently and to a high standard
  • Is exceptionally articulate and confident in order to sell to and manage relationships with brand partners
  • Has an exceptional level of organisation and a foundational understanding of finances
