Qualifications

Key responsibilities :

The role reports to the SLS Infrastructure Engineering Lead based in France and is part of the global IT team with members worldwide.

As Network Architect Lead for Shared Line of Service Infrastructure, you will oversee architectural decisions for network & security infrastructure services within the EQUANS organization, aligning with the Corporate Architect and company strategy.

Your role involves driving infrastructure direction for new services, enhancing existing ones, and ensuring proper operation by partner BAU teams.

You will manage network experts responsible for products delivered by the SLS infrastructure, ensuring they can act as product owners for their services. These experts are located globally within EQUANS.

Key missions :

1. Define objectives for each network team member.
2. Organize communication within the network expertise team.
3. Define SLS infrastructure Network & Security services.
4. Support the Service Catalog for Network Services of SLS infrastructure.
5. Establish and monitor KPIs for service catalog products.
6. Create processes to measure satisfaction with network services.
7. Promote awareness of the services catalog products.
8. Participate in service design and support activities.
9. Lead RFPs with vendors to select optimal proposals.
10. Coordinate experts' activities following agile methodologies.
11. Ensure services meet Equans SLA standards (support response, backup, monitoring).
12. Respond to customer requests and collaborate on quotations with relevant teams.
13. Collaborate on other SLS services and participate in meetings to provide insights.
14. Act as Network Champion within EQUANS.

This role is vital to the company's move towards a fully integrated, service-oriented business model.

Experience :

• At least 15 years in IT, with team management experience in network expertise.
• Proven experience designing services with market technologies supporting hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience in large, global companies.
• Expertise in designing and delivering network infrastructure services (SWAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, NAC, Internet, VPN, Firewall, Backbone).
• Experience implementing ITIL processes.
• Understanding of service-level requirements and KPIs as per service catalog.
• Knowledge of security and risk compliance, following INCOME controls.
• Fluency in English.

Qualifications & Memberships :

• BSc in engineering, computer science, or IT.
• Relevant network certifications.
• Experience designing and maintaining on-premises and cloud services.
