A training consultancy is establishing a pool of experts in micro-credentials and validation of informal learning for projects across Europe. Candidates will need a Master’s degree or higher and significant experience in micro-credentials. The role provides access to project assignments as they arise. Interested experts are encouraged to submit their CV and statement of interest. This is an opportunity for those looking to engage in consultancy roles on a project basis.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in the field.
• 10 years of experience specifically related to Cat. II requirements.
• 5 years of experience specifically related to Cat. III requirements.

About the Opportunity

We are creating a pool of Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.I experts;
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.II experts;
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Micro Credentials, Validation of non-formal and informal learning, Individual learning accounts and other forms of flexible learning for Cat.III experts;
• Very good command of English.
