  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs such as CTR, IPM, ROAS.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Marketing Creative Producer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Creative Producer in France.

This role is central to transforming high-level marketing strategy into engaging, high‑performing creative assets for mobile games. You will bridge strategy and execution, creating detailed briefs, gameplay mockups, and AI‑enhanced concept designs that guide Art and Animation teams. The position requires a mix of creativity, data‑driven insight, and production oversight, ensuring campaigns are optimised for key metrics such as CTR, IPM, and ROAS. You will collaborate closely with project managers and creative leads to align ideas with production timelines, while actively iterating on campaigns based on performance data. This role offers the opportunity to shape creative output that impacts millions of users, driving measurable marketing results in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Accountabilities
  • Translate creative strategy into detailed, actionable production briefs for video and static marketing assets
  • Create gameplay mockups, mechanics wireframes, and AI‑generated concept visuals to enhance briefs
  • Partner with Art and Animation Leads to ensure concepts are executed to high artistic and technical standards
  • Align creative production with project timelines, capacity, and marketing objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insights for future creative iterations
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform creative trends and strategies
  • Drive a continuous feedback loop, refining winning concepts and creating variations for scale
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or in Marketing Strategy, preferably in mobile gaming or performance marketing
  • Proven experience writing detailed creative briefs for design and animation teams
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs (CTR, IPM, ROAS, Retention) and ability to apply insights to creative decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex creative ideas to both artistic and technical teams
  • Experience working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced production environment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
