The candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics for electoral observation missions, requiring strong managerial, drafting, and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 10 years in civilian mission management and knowledge of telecom equipment is essential. This project offers a chance to contribute to strengthening democracy and governance in selected countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of additional experience in relevant fields.
• 10+ years in civilian mission management for Category I.
• 5+ years in civilian mission management for Category II.

Overview

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

The overall objective of this assignment is to :

• strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
• contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
• improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
• inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

Duration: The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Key Expert: Logistics Expert (Host Country)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Advanced degree in economics / management / business or 5+ years added experience.
• Managerial, drafting, interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of technical / telecom equipment for EOM.

General experience:

• Cat. I : 10+ years / Cat. II : 5+ years in civilian mission management.

Specific experience:

• Coordination-level EOM experience.
• Budget and logistics planning.
