Une entreprise de marketing recherche un(e) Key Account Manager pour développer un portefeuille de clients industriels dans le secteur des biens de consommation. Vous gérerez de manière autonome la relation avec les clients, en mettant en œuvre un plan d'action commercial sur mesure pour assurer une croissance des revenus durable. Un diplôme de Master en marketing est requis, ainsi qu'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que développeur commercial.

The Opportunity / L'Opportunité

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (M / F) responsible for developing the revenue of a portfolio of industrial clients in the consumer goods sector. You will independently manage a portfolio of existing key accounts and prospects. You will oversee and grow your client portfolio by elaborating and deploying a tailored commercial action plan to ensure sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities / Responsibilities

  • Pilot and develop the client portfolio: Elaborate and deploy a tailored action plan to maximize long-term revenue growth.
  • Implement the commercial strategy: Identify, prospect, and engage key stakeholders (marketing, trade, sales teams, agencies) while crafting and selling customized proposals.
  • Deliver added value: Propose high-stakes marketing solutions addressing specific client needs.
  • Manage client relationship: Ensure client satisfaction, develop durable relationships, and provide solutions exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with consultants: Work with our consulting team to guarantee project success and alignment of objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Marketing / Retail (Bac +5) from a business school or university, with at least 3 years of experience as a Sales / Business Developer, preferably in the consumer goods and data sector.
  • Results & client-oriented: Focus on meeting client needs while achieving commercial objectives.
  • Prospecting & retention: Skilled in strategic prospecting, building relationships from first contact, and ensuring long-term loyalty through tailored solutions.
  • Complex sales expertise: Experience in managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with effective value demonstrations.
  • Commercial autonomy: Independently manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, and set up your own strategy.
  • Interpersonal & teamwork: Ability to build solid internal and external relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Perseverance: Driven to achieve goals despite challenges.
  • Analytical & marketing mindset: Ability to analyze data, understand market needs, and adapt approach.

Remuneration & Location

Your future workplace: Boulogne-Billancourt (Marcel Sembat)

Contract: CDI / Permanent

Remote work: Up to 3 days of remote work per week

Benefits: 1 RTT per month, CE, participation, vacation allowance, restaurant vouchers, partial health insurance coverage (2/3), and transportation title reimbursement (about 50%).
