A fast-growing tech company is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business development in Southeastern France. You will manage 1,020 key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure sales targets are met. This position involves collaboration with partners and conducting training sessions. Ideal candidates should have extensive sales experience, be fluent in French and English, and possess a strong understanding of technology. A remote work arrangement with occasional travel is available.

The role is responsible for developing the southeastern territory and managing 1,020 key accounts with full responsibility for achieving the sales target. This includes identifying and converting new business leads into real opportunities, creating clear business plans for selected accounts and setting annual targets with continuous KPI follow‑up. A strong focus is placed on growing assigned accounts to increase Axis share.
The position acts as a project leader coordinating between partners, consultants / AEs, end customers and Axis to ensure solutions meet customer needs and deals are successfully closed. The role also involves analyzing won and lost opportunities to understand underlying factors, conducting sales trainings and academies with the Sales Engineer and ensuring partners maintain the required certifications to keep their partner status.
This person has a strong proven track record in sales with a strong business acumen as well as a big interest or knowledge in technology. Besides this we are looking for a well‑established person that loves to build relationships and is inspired by success with value‑based sales and partnership. We believe you have the ability to closely monitor the market, show patience and understand complex situations.
