• Lead a team in our fulfillment center in Paris
• Operational responsibility for one of our fulfillment work streams (inbound, outbound, returns, PS)
• Help us to define and meet our operations goals, to ensure the highest quality experience for our customers
• Drive process improvements together with our operations and headquarter teams
• Scale operations of Hive in France as a core member of the Operations team

Your Profile

• Enthusiasm to build an early-stage VC-backed company and reshape D2C e-commerce fulfillment
• 1-2 years of experience, leading fulfillment teams is a plus
