Which brings us to you.

Youll be at the heart of our Accounts Receivable operations and management control support. Youll help ensure client invoicing, budgets, and project profitability are accurate, transparent, and up to date. Your work keeps the financial engine running smoothly while helping project teams make smart decisions.

What youll be doing
  • Prepare, issue, and monitor client invoices, ensuring compliance with VAT, contracts, and quotes.
  • Follow up on payments, manage reminders, and handle billing disputes professionally (and with a smile).
  • Maintain accurate client accounts and perform reconciliations.
  • Review budgets and analyze project profitability (P&L per client/project) to support decision-making.
  • Assist with monthly and annual closings, including provisions and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and finance colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Must haves

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Fluent in written and spoken French & English.
  • Finance-related diploma or degree.
  • Strong Office 365 skills, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • A valid work permit in the country where the position is based.

Nice to haves

  • Proficiency in German, Spanish or Italian (in addition to English and French).
  • Experience with Sage 100 and SageB.
  • Expenses controlling experience.
