Our client, the leading infrastructure private equity fund, is looking for strong additions to their team on a senior associate / manager level in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, financial modelling, and execution of infrastructure and energy-related M&A transactions across Europe.
• Manage due diligence processes with advisors, counterparties, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality investment decisions.
• Oversee portfolio performance, drive value-creation initiatives, and support strategic asset management activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and regulators across multiple European markets.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in private equity, infrastructure investment, M&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with demonstrated experience executing complex transactions.
• Excellent communication abilities, with fluency in English and at least one additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian).
• Proven ability to manage cross-border projects, coordinate with international teams, and work in fast-paced investment environments.
