A leading events organization in France is seeking an International Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of over 15 international events each year. The role requires 3–6 years of professional experience in event operations, strong logistics and technical coordination skills, and proficiency in English. You will act as the main contact for exhibitors and ensure a seamless experience from preparation to breakdown. This is an exciting opportunity to shape key industry events.

🚀 We’re hiring – International Event Manager (Fluent English required)

Driving Vision News (DVN), the global leader in premium conferences and events for the automotive and mobility industries, is hiring an International Event Manager.

🎯 Your mission & Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver 15+ international events per year (30 to 700 attendees) :

  • Execute and deliver international events from preparation to breakdown
  • Design and manage exhibitor floorplans (stands, circulation, technical zones)
  • Coordinate build-up, live event operations, and dismantling
  • Manage exhibitors’ technical requirements:
  • power supply and electrical loads
  • access, deliveries, storage
  • compliance with venue technical constraints
  • Coordinate catering and attendee experience
  • Handle all administrative and regulatory aspects:
  • insurance
  • safety approvals
  • mandatory documentation and compliance
  • Act as the main on-site contact for exhibitors and suppliers
  • Produce post-event operational reports and feedback
🧠 Profile we’re looking for
  • 3–6 years of experience in professional event operations
  • Strong hands-on expertise in logistics and technical coordination
  • Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Fluent English required (working language)
