Position: Ingénieur / Ingénieure industrialisation (H/F)
The Industrialisation Manager for electronic cards and assembled products ensures that industrial constraints are considered during product design to enable manufacturability, testability, and maintainability for repeatable and cost-effective production. Based on client and/or project needs, specifications, normative and regulatory requirements, and project progress, your activities will include:
- Participating in bid responses and kickoff meetings.
- Establishing and managing the project's industrial scheme in line with the company's industrial strategy, including verifying milestone integration into project planning and participating in supplier industrial surveillance and reviews.
- Formalizing and validating structural test strategies, supporting Design For Test principles as needed.
- Collaborating on functional test strategies with the V&V team.
- Ensuring compliance with specific industrial requirements (internal and external): drafting Industrial Files, verifying manufacturing data, and ensuring data completeness for suppliers and internal use.
- Validating conformity matrices with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ensuring product feasibility, testability, and maintainability while optimizing production costs: proposing DFx initiatives, feedback from production experiences, and managing modification dossiers.
- Conducting risk analysis and proposing corrective or preventive actions.
- Configuring product structure in ERP aligned with the industrial scheme.
- Participating in project transfer from design/qualification to series production.
- Performing process audits and first article inspections at suppliers.
- Managing specific project requirements (e.g., fire-smoke, REACH regulations).
- Acting as the technical contact for suppliers throughout the product lifecycle, engaging with internal departments, clients, and suppliers to present and justify positions, including audits, FAI, and deviations.
Type of contract: CDI (Permanent)
Working hours: 37.5 hours/week, day shifts
Salaries:
- Gross annual salary: €40,000
- Meal vouchers / Per diem bonus

Desired Profile
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Degree: Bac+5 or higher in Electronics or related field

- Developing processes and technical operational modes
- Planning production and operation programs
- Drafting and managing industrialization files
- Explaining and enforcing rules and procedures
- Knowledge of manufacturing procedures
