Act as the coordinator and lead within the team while participating in hands‑on operations. Responsible for task allocation, workforce scheduling, and skills training. Monitor, escalate, and resolve process exceptions in a timely manner. Effectively coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to align resources, ensuring improved efficiency, enhanced user experience, and reduced operational costs.
