We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece, and are seeking a highly organized and efficient Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of HR administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our processes. This is a full-time office position, requiring excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.
  • Assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with filing HR Records
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Management.
