HR Manager - Leading automotive supplier.

I am partnered with a leading automotive supplier, with 100+ sites across 20+ countries and revenues of €15B+ , who are searching for a HR Manager .

The opportunity is based at one of their leading French sites ( 250 employees, €100M turnover ), where as the HR Manager you’ll have both strategic influence and hands-on impact, shaping HR strategy, compliance, and culture while directly supporting the site’s people and performance.

You will lead and manage the Human Resources function at the site, ensuring compliance with social and labour legislation, and alignment with corporate and operational goals. The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations, payroll, labour relations, recruitment, training, and HSE compliance in accordance with group policies and legal requirements.
