Une entreprise internationale de gestion de services recherche un(e) HRBP & Talent Project Manager pour rejoindre son équipe en Europe continentale. Vous agirez en tant que partenaire stratégique RH, gérerez le recrutement, le développement des talents et veillerez à la conformité avec les lois locales. Le candidat idéal possède entre 5 et 10 ans d'expérience en tant que généraliste RH, avec des compétences en leadership, en communication et en gestion du changement. VOTRE RÔLE ET MISSIONS :

Key responsibilities :

• Act as a strategic HR partner to the Continental Europe leadership team, fostering collaboration and a "one team" culture.
• Drive and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives across five countries with diverse cultures.
• Lead workforce planning to ensure the right skills and resources are in place to meet strategic goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, onboarding.
• Oversee performance management, career development, succession planning, and talent calibration processes.
• Design and implement engagement initiatives to strengthen employee satisfaction and sense of belonging.
• Support M&A projects: due diligence, onboarding, cultural integration, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR governance in partnership with transversal HR services.
• Develop and deliver training programs to close capability gaps and support leadership development.
• Act as an ambassador for Entegra culture and values within Sodexo and across the region.
• Monitor HR KPIs and leverage data to drive continuous improvement in talent and development initiatives.
• Coordinate global talent programs (Entegra Academy, coaching, mentoring, onboarding webinars).
• Promote digital and agile HR solutions to meet evolving business needs.

VOTRE PROFIL

• 5-10 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a matrix organization.
• Expertise in recruitment, talent management, succession planning, and change management.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (additional European language is a plus).
• Collaborative mindset, service-oriented, and comfortable in a multicultural environment.

Location : France or one of the five countries in scope (Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain).
