An international energy company is seeking an HR Operations Specialist based in Paris. The successful candidate will manage employee onboarding, payroll processing, and ensure compliance with labor laws. With 3–5 years of HR operations experience and a Bachelor's degree, the ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English. This role includes supporting recruitment processes and generating HR reports, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.
Within Envision Energy International France, under the hierarchical responsibility of the France Senior HR Manager or any other designated member of Envision’s International Europe HR Team, the HR Operations Specialist supports HR operations and compliance for France and other EU countries' entities.
Key responsibilities include employee onboarding, contract preparation and signing, payroll processing, international mobility business and work visa management, social security declarations, and tax compliance.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
HR Experience : 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
Recruitment : Proven experience in supporting recruitment processes and coordinating interviews.
Systems Knowledge : Hands‑on experience with HR management software and payroll systems.
International Mobility Management : Experience handling visa processes and expatriate payroll is an advantage.
Reporting & Analytics : Demonstrated ability to create HR reports and present insights to management.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and ability to work with discretion on confidential matters.
