Location: Amiens, FR

Your Role

Within the General Services Department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all services related to corporate hospitality, including catering, reception, cleaning, front-desk services, and logistical support for events — both at the headquarters in Marseille and across all the Group’s sites in France. Your primary mission is to deliver an outstanding level of hospitality. You will ensure the quality, consistency, and efficiency of services provided to employees, visitors, and partners.

What Are You Going To Do?
  • Establish strong governance with the catering provider to ensure compliance with standards and commitments.
  • Monitor and manage provider performance using clear KPIs (quality, satisfaction, footfall, flow management).
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (transport, storage, cooking, waste management, staff training).
  • Work closely with the provider to deliver a varied, high-quality, and appealing food offer.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize flow during peak hours.
  • Manage the catering budget, provide regular reporting, and continuously challenge offers for ongoing improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with all contractual aspects related to catering services.
Reception and Front Desk
  • Supervise internal teams or outsourced providers responsible for greeting visitors and handling phone reception.
  • Establish high standards of service and elegance in visitor reception.
  • Ensure clear visitor orientation within the premises (signage, guidance, access badges, etc.).
  • Manage reception procedures in line with site security requirements.
Cleaning and Hygiene
  • Oversee cleaning services across all sites.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and disinfection standards, especially in sensitive areas (dining areas, restrooms, open spaces, meeting rooms, etc.).
  • Define service levels with providers, ensure proper execution, and implement corrective actions if needed.
Event Logistics Support
  • Coordinate logistical support for internal events (seminars, conferences, board meetings, official visits, etc.).
  • Ensure availability of spaces, equipment, catering services, signage, and other necessary support.
  • Collaborate with various departments (communications, HR, executive management) to ensure smooth and professional event experiences.
  • Propose innovative collaborative experiences aligned with the Group’s values.
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Higher education in Hospitality Management, Hotel School, or equivalent background.
  • Proven experience in F&B or Hospitality Management roles, ideally in a demanding environment: corporate headquarters, high-end hotel, or restaurant chain.
  • Strong track record in operational and contractual provider management.
  • Strong customer service mindset and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B standards, hygiene, safety, and reception protocols.
  • Analytical and synthetic thinking, with the ability to produce clear reports and manage budgets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, autonomy, and proactivity.
