Overview
As a Head of Sales Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building a strong sales culture, and shaping the strategic vision across Paris, East and West territories.
This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, people development, and hands-on execution to deliver sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire Teams: Manage and coach Sales Managers and Account Executives across Paris, East and West regions. Recruit, develop and promote talent, while addressing performance challenges effectively. Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring team engagement, retention and growth.
- Drive Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze pipeline management to maximize sales outcomes. Support, lead and close key deals across your territory when necessary. Collaborate with enablement teams to provide impactful training and tools for success.
- Build a Strong Sales Culture: Encourage a mindset of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Promote cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing. Keep the team motivated beyond their individual sales targets.
- Shape Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with business priorities. Prioritize pipeline opportunities and challenge local sales execution when needed. Leverage data and insights to transform processes and accelerate growth.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Act as a strong internal communicator, both oral and written. Partner with cross-functional teams (territory leaders, DCO, enablement, etc.) to drive efficiency. Ensure alignment between regional teams and overall business objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing managers and a front-line outbound sales team, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong experience in a commercial role
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to guide strategies and decisions.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring commercial deals with mutual benefits.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Fluent French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, particularly in food delivery, technology, or related industries.
- Proven ability to achieve and accurately forecast sales targets in a dynamic market.
The role is based in Paris (with no remote flexibility), with a travel frequency of once a month.
