About The Role
We’re hiring a senior, hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and execute our global marketing strategy. This role is both strategic and operational: you’ll shape the vision, but also roll up your sleeves to make it happen. We're a small, fast-growing team — so we’re looking for someone ready to build, iterate, and drive results day-to-day.
You’ll oversee all areas of marketing — from content and campaigns to brand, events, and product marketing — while helping us scale sustainably and position ourselves as a category leader. Building on the success of our French business, we are expanding into the UK, and you will work extensively on our international growth.
What You’ll Do
- Define and implement our global marketing strategy, aligned with company goals and GTM plans.
- Own execution across key areas: demand generation, content, product marketing, events, and digital campaigns.
- Lead and grow the marketing team, currently composed of 4 marketing executives (with more hires planned as we scale).
- Craft compelling narratives and ensure consistency of messaging across channels and assets.
- Design and run campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline and grow awareness.
- Lead event and field marketing: coordinate participation in industry conferences, speaking opportunities, and webinars.
- Use data to drive decisions: define KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and amplify impact.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across priorities.
- Be both a strategic partner to leadership and a key contributor in day-to-day marketing operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with proven impact in a scaling startup or growth-stage environment.
- Experience building and executing full-funnel marketing strategies with measurable results
- Experience building or participating in international expansion
- A strong track record in demand generation, content marketing, and product positioning.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
- A natural storyteller who can simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging messages.
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple projects in parallel
- You’re collaborative, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Be on-site in Paris at least 4 days per week and full time during the first months
- Fluent in English and French

- Interview on-site with Vladimir (co-founder), the VP Sales and a marketing team member, to dive into your experience, your motivations and answer any questions you have
- On-site confirmation interview with another co-founder and a person from the sales team
