The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce, experience with complex projects, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This role offers a competitive salary between €90,000 and €110,000 along with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model.

We’re hiring a Head of Delivery to lead and optimise the delivery of software projects across our client portfolio. You’ll set teams up for success, ensure consistent high-quality delivery, and help evolve our processes as we scale.

About You

• Experienced in delivering complex software projects
• Background in eCommerce and / or agency / consultancy environments
• Skilled in stakeholder management and client-facing leadership
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary and engineering teams
• Strong commercial awareness and risk management
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and passionate about positive delivery culture
