In this role, you will lead multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to drive growth and engagement across diverse regions in EMEA. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on campaign management, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure impactful and cohesive marketing efforts. Your work will include email, digital, and event marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance optimization and data‑driven decision‑making. The position offers the opportunity to influence regional growth, strengthen brand presence, and support revenue objectives while working in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple platforms and regions, acting as the lead for key countries.
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and integration with sales initiatives.
  • Design, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, demand, and conversions.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, leveraging Google Ads, social media, and regional partnerships to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and stakeholders to maximize outbound campaigns, boost event visibility, and align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • English proficiency, fluency in another language; Spanish is a bonus.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a proven record of managing multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft) and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams and time zones.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaign performance.
