A global logistics and transport company is seeking a Group Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee full-cycle recruitment worldwide. This role includes developing long-term recruiting strategies, managing key recruitment projects, and collaborating with HR teams. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience, strong skills in candidate management, and excellent communication in both English and French. Knowledge of the logistics sector is a plus.
We are looking for a Group Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruitment on a worldwide basis. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will assist the Head of TA for deploying the global talent acquisition strategy at the group level and managing key recruitments for the organization.
In partnership with regional and line of business HR teams, you will oversee key recruitment projects with a headhunting approach:
Participation in Ad Hoc Projects: In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be involved in various ad hoc projects as required by the team or the Group. These one-off and diverse projects will give you the opportunity to leverage your expertise on cross-functional topics, contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, and participate in strategic talent development initiatives within the Group.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
