Responsibilities

• As an Analyst in the Southern Europe Corporations FX & Rates Sales team, you will cover a portfolio of Large and Mid-Cap Corporates, delivering direct sales and tailored solutions across FX spot, forwards, options, and interest rate derivatives.
• You’ll partner with colleagues across the firm to deliver Morgan’s full suite of products, including M&A hedging solutions like Deal Contingent Forwards.
• This Paris-based role offers hands-on experience in client coverage, product pricing, and cross-team collaboration.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Strong technical ability in FX and Interest Rate products, including pricing and structuring.
• Sales experience covering corporate clients.
• Ability to handle large amounts of information and manage multiple client relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in Italian and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience with M&A hedging products such as Deal Contingent Forwards.
• Exposure to multi-product sales environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and market data systems.
