A global Support-as-a-Service leader is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support via emails and calls, while managing partner requests and collaborating with internal teams. You should possess excellent English and German language skills, experience in customer support, and strong analytical abilities. This role allows for full remote work with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday. Competitive compensation is provided in USD.
