A leading sustainability consultancy in Paris is looking for an HR / Talent Intern to support the Global Talent team. The role involves assisting with learning and development, talent acquisition, and knowledge management. Candidates should have HR study relevance and excellent communication skills in English, with French being a plus. This internship offers a hybrid working scheme and a duration of 6 months starting in February 2026.

Our Global Talent team strives to support the continuous growth and evolution of the company. We’re looking for an HR / Talent Intern to support our Global Talent team. Based in Paris, your mission will be to support the team on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Knowledge Management. Occasionally, you might also be asked to help on ad‑hoc HR projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As our HR / Talent Intern, you will be working on:

Learning & Development
  • Support the design, coordination and delivery of learning programs, including onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Manage logistics, attendance tracking and learning content within LMS/LXP tools.
  • Contribute to evaluating program effectiveness and creation of internal communications to promote learning.
Recruiting
  • Review applications and manage the Talent Pool.
  • Coordinate interview logistics.
  • Contribute to communication and continuous improvement of hiring processes and tools.
Knowledge Management

Knowledge Management (KM) being under the responsibility of the Global Talent team, at times you might be asked to help on the following:

  • Curate and organize KM assets to ensure knowledge accessibility, consistency, and long‑term usability.
  • Collaborate with IT and project teams to deploy SharePoint sites and libraries tailored to Quantis’ knowledge‑sharing needs.
Other

You may also be asked to provide occasional support on other topics such as performance management, compensation review, HR reporting or special HR projects.

  • Location: Paris, 75002 - hybrid work scheme (mix of office presence and work from home).
  • Minimum requirements: You must be enrolled at a university/business school (HR studies or relevant) and have a valid “convention de stage”. Priority will be given to students seeking an “end of studies internship / stage de fin d’études”.
  • Start date: February 2026 (if you are available earlier or later, please indicate it during the application process).
  • Duration: 6 months.
