An industry-leading Aviation parts supplier in France is looking for an experienced HR professional to provide HR support across Europe and APAC. The successful candidate will manage HR operations for approximately 40 employees and ensure compliance with French employment and labour law. Key responsibilities include acting as the main HR contact, drafting employment contracts, and supporting HR initiatives across multiple regions. Candidates must be fluent in French and English and have proven HR experience in France.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR role within France.
• Experience drafting employment contracts and offer letters.
• Experience supporting HR operations across Europe or APAC.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main HR contact for employees across France, Europe, and APAC.
• Ensure compliance with French employment and labour law.
• Draft and issue employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR files.
