• Strong background in Finance or FP&A, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Proven experience in program/project management or PMO roles.
• Operational experience in a BU with management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in leading change management efforts.
• Global and cross-functional experience.

• Design, plan and deliver the Finance Transformation program.
• Manage overall transformation portfolio to deliver impact.
• Prepare steering committees for CFO monitoring.
