YOUR ROLE

The implementation of the new Data Platform in CEVA is one of the essential objectives of our strategic Data program.

The Data Delivery Manager will be a key pillar for:

• Overseeing the successful delivery of all data products
• Meeting the business expectations and planning accordingly
• Closely following the budget
• Applying and respecting the best quality standards.

He/she will follow from an end-to-end point the build of our data products, making also the bridge between the legacy world to this new single source of truth.

Part of this success is the link and the thrust built between all the stakeholders coming from the business, Data Office, Data Factory team and other IT teams.

The purpose at the end is to bring CEVA as a Data-driven company, unleashing all the capabilities and the data usage to our Top Management and users.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage and oversee the execution of all the data products, for all the squads (budget, planning, quality)
• Lead and ensure consistency between all the teams and foster a collaborative and productive work environment, including Project Managers, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, etc.
• Serve as the main point of contact between all IT teams and business stakeholders and communicate all project updates, challenges, and outcomes to them
• Ensure data projects always align with the organization, proposing and making evolve our target delivery model according to our strategy, which include offshore & onshore resources
• Identify opportunities to optimize the delivery and implement best practices and methodologies
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of solutions and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements
• Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Track project progress, generate reports, and communicate updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Oversee the adoption and integration of data tools, platforms, and technologies to support project and organizational need

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Project Manager
• Strong experience in leading several teams in parallel and in challenging contexts
• Proven skills in managing teams, following budget, risks, planning and quality standards
• Ability to propose and define a common framework for all teams & always adapt the team according to the Business roadmap.
• Experience to manage in Agile or V cycle or hybrid way
• Capacity to act as the main point of contact of all stakeholders and share a clear reporting
• Demonstrate business understanding expectations and data products objectives
