Job Purpose

In CEVA Logistics the Global OTC Coordinator is an OTC Expert that cooperates across Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and external providers globally for excellence results; oversees OTC initiative, drives accountability, analyses OTC performance, flags delay, collaborates with GHO/GBS stakeholders, manages legal/bad debt provisions, partners with IT to optimize ERP and collection tools.

Key Accountabilities
  • Centralize all on going initiatives and progress from OTC team
  • Contribute to all OTC related projects to drive accountability and performance improvements
  • Analyse OTC global performance and achievement
  • Notify the OTC GPO on delay in any activities and relative impact
  • Guarantee customer communications and transparency: receive timely, accurate order confirmations, invoicing, SOA and status updates
  • Ensure customer satisfaction related to OTC: order accuracy rate, dispute resolution time, invoice accuracy, and time-to-resolve escalations and coordinate with sales, BD, Operations to align commitments with customer expectations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in GHO and with GBS OTC Tower & Regional Heads
  • Maintain and control progress on legal cases, bad debt legal provision, statistics and accounting related topics
  • Partner with IT to implement and optimize ERP, Collection tool, and other systems supporting OTC, ensuring systems/tools alignment with global process requirements and enhance productivity
Knowledge, Experience & Skills

Education &Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics, Finance

Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in an international company collection, agency finance, or control functions with a strong knowledge of the business, preferred in international environment, Team player with the ability to partner with agencies, Extensive knowledge of all aspects of OTC analytics and operations, Demonstrated capability to follow legal action with in-house and external legal counsels.

Specialist Knowledge & Skills: IT literacy, Analytics skills, English fluency. Good understanding of Finance concepts for Excel and Presentation capability with Power Point desirable.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Autonomous and able to work effectively with overseas stakeholders, Proactive and comfortable making decisions under high pressure, Good leadership and communication skills, Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining the highest productivity and quality levels.
