A leading trade contractor is searching for a Glazing Superintendent in Régina, France. This full-time role involves ensuring project compliance and monitoring quality in construction projects. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in a construction environment, preferably in service glazing, and possess strong leadership and mentoring skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Construction environment; Service Glazing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial glazing projects of varying size and scope.
• Ability to read blueprints, architectural plans and shop drawings.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented.
• Daily review with Service Manager on project and billing progress.
• Complete various reports, including Service Request/Field Report.

A Day in the Life:

• Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted for
• Daily review with Service Manager on project and billing progress
• Completion of various reports, including Service Request/Field Report and work order
• Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site
• Build relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity
• Regular site visits focused on QAQC and field development

Field Crew Support

• Compliance to regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policies
• Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites
• Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution
• Identification, training and coaching future Foremen

What We Are Seeking

• 5+ years experience in a Construction environment; Service Glazing experience is preferred
• Knowledge of COMMERCIAL GLAZING Projects of varying size and scope, including curtainwall, exterior façade systems, metal cladding, interior glazing, skylights and handrails, etc.
• Ability to read blueprints, architectural plans and shop drawings
• Process and results driven
• Ability to lead crews, coach and mentor team
