A prominent hotel group seeks an experienced General Manager for a new luxury hotel in Puteaux, set to open in Q3 2026. The ideal candidate will lead pre-opening efforts, manage hotel operations, and elevate guest experiences. Applicants should have at least five years in a managerial role within a 5-star hotel, possessing excellent leadership skills and fluency in both French and English. This position offers an opportunity to shape team culture and drive commercial success from day one.

Are you a driven, forward-thinking leader ready to take on an exciting pre‑opening challenge in a prime urban location?
We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the pre‑opening and launch of a new Radisson Collection property – a 90‑room luxury hotel located in a prime downtown location and scheduled to open in Q3 2026. This role requires a dynamic, commercially and operation minded leader with pre‑opening expertise to shape the hotel’s identity, build a high‑performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one.
The hotel will feature 3 meeting & event spaces, an elevated restaurant and bar concept in line with the Radisson Collection brand standards.
As General Manager, you will be the face of this new Radisson Collection property, responsible for its strategic direction, successful opening, and long‑term operational performance. You will:
