An international consultancy firm is seeking Gender Equality specialists for project-based consultancy roles in Europe. Candidates with a master's degree and extensive experience in Gender Equality are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include creating a pool of experts for European Training Foundation projects and being available for assignments as needed. Strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience for Cat.I experts.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience for Cat.II experts.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience for Cat.III experts.

Responsabilités

• Create a pool of Gender Equality experts for ETF projects.
• Contact experts for specific assignments as they arise.

About the Opportunity

We are creating a pool of Gender Equality experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Gender Equality for Cat.I experts;
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Gender Equality for Cat.II experts;
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Gender Equality for Cat.III experts;
• Very good command of English.
