A leading customer service firm in Marseille is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide empathetic support and analyze user data. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries and enhancing user experiences in a dynamic international environment. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be fluent in French and English. This position offers a gross salary of 1100 EUR monthly with additional performance bonuses and flexible working conditions. Relocation assistance is available for candidates from outside Greece.

What You will Do
  • Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support to the users.

  • Investigate and resolve user issues, including account support requests and reports of abusive content.
  • Respond to inquiries with speed, quality, and empathy.
  • Use your market-specific knowledge to identify scalable improvements in user support.
  • Analyze data to enhance user experience and improve workflows.
  • EnforceTerms of Use by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.
  • Spot trends and elevate complex issues to the global team when necessary.
What We are Looking For
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate empathetically and clearly in French(C2) and English (B2).
  • A proactive attitude with a bias toward doing what's right for the community.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance workflows.
  • Familiarity with products and community standards (training will be provided).
What We Offer
  • Salary: 1100 EUR gross monthly x 14 per year
  • Performance bonus: up to 200 EUR per month
  • Work Schedule: Monday Sunday 09.00 19.00 (8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotative shifts)
