A reputable European recruiting agency is seeking a customer service representative to join their team in Montpellier, France. The ideal candidate will possess excellent French and English skills, have experience in premium customer service, and be able to handle sensitive situations with care. What you will do
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

What you will bring
  • Excellent French language skills.
  • Very good English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
