EcoSure is a division of Ecolab. We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals based in major French cities with good transport connections to support our growing operations as a Hotel Mystery Guest, helping to elevate hotel standards across the country.
As a Hotel Mystery Guest, you will travel across France to evaluate hotel brand standards and provide actionable insights to enhance guest experiences. Using a tablet, you will score each area, provide detailed feedback, and communicate findings with hotel management. This freelance opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive on independence, enjoy travel, and take pride in making a difference in the hospitality industry.
This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis. You can work as an independent contractor either personally or through your own company.
