• Extensive hands-on experience in Maintenance & Asset Management.
• Proven consultancy experience, especially in client engagement.
• Existing sales network in industry or infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of up to 15 consultants.
• Grow the country team in line with company strategy.
• Act as an Executive Consultant when needed.
• Set up and execute sales strategies.
• Manage consultant deployments and employee satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment and team activities.
