Le candidat idéal devra piloter les stratégies d'intégration en garantissant la continuité des affaires tout en menant des équipes diversifiées. Vous êtes responsable de l’équipe en charge de piloter l’intégration Finance des entités acquises, en alignant les processus, outils et organisations au modèle du Groupe, tout en préservant la continuité business, la culture d'entreprise et en sécurisant les synergies post-deal attendus. Vous animez 2 équipes au profil complémentaire : des auditeurs et des chefs de projet .
Expérience : 20+ ans en post-merger intégration, Finance transformation avec une expérience audit big 4 et/ou deal, fonds de P&E; environnements digitaux / tech / media ; interventions multi-pays
Compétences : leadership transversal, expertise finance, pilotage de projets complexes, forte orientation résultats, sens politique et culturel.
Connaissances : Finance (Compta, FP&A, Tax, Treasury), SI Finance/ERP, outils FP&A et consolidation, méthodologies PMO/IMO, change management.
Langues : français & anglais courant.
