Une entreprise internationale de santé recherche un contrôleur financier expérimenté pour gérer le système financier et fournir des analyses précises de nos projets mondiaux. Le candidat idéal dispose d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en contrôle de projet IT, avec d'excellentes compétences analytiques et une maîtrise des outils financiers comme Google Sheets et Smart Power BI. Ce poste est essentiel pour la performance financière et l'efficacité des activités d'Air Liquide Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en contrôle de projet/IT.
• Compétences analytiques fortes et autonomie requises.
• Bilingue français et anglais.

Responsabilités

• Conduire le processus de clôture mensuelle et analyser les résultats.
• Gérer le budget et le processus de prévision.
• Surveiller l’efficacité des initiatives et former les équipes.

Descriptif de lentité et de lactivité

Les systèmes de soins de santé sont confrontés à de profondes transformations. Les attentes des payeurs les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la santé évoluent rapidement dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation. Laugmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux laccélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de lalignement et de linternationalisation de certaines de nos activités.

En réponse à ces défis lactivité Santé à Domicile a décidé :

daccélérer la transformation numérique et lhomogénéisation des systèmes dinformation à travers le programme TechCARE

de massifier les activités dapprovisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales dAir Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux).

Pour mettre en œuvre cette stratégie lentité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée. Elle est dédiée à lhébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech.

The home healthcare industry is undergoing a significant transformation driven by evolving patient expectations and a dynamic competitive landscape. The acceleration of digital transformation and the consolidation of medical device manufacturers require greater alignment and globalization of our activities.

Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) was created to support this strategy by providing services to all GBU entities worldwide including Digital & IT services (DDS HHC) as the major activity (90% of ALHIST turnover) as well as other global services : HHC Procurement Medtech innovation Explor HHC Academy and other HHC Regional Support services.

ALHIST resources includes 200 employees in France and Spain and more than 200 subcontractors worldwide with a total spend expected to reach 120 m in 2026. ALHIST interfaces with more than 50 home healthcare affiliates worldwide as well as with other Air Liquide DDS.

In this dynamic and technology-driven environment ensuring precise financial control and insightful analysis of our global projects and services is critical to our success. We are looking for a seasoned confirmed controller to be a key financial partner in this mission.

Responsabilités

• Monthly Closing: Driving the monthly closing process focusing on the preparation and analysis of financials for Digital & IT Operations (60 services) IRIS reporting IT costs reporting for the DDS HHC.
• Reforecast and Target: Leading the Target and Reforecast processes ensuring costs are thoroughly budgeted and tracked and coordinating the invoicing process with other stakeholders.
• Efficiency Monitoring: Overseeing efficiency initiatives tracking and reporting providing support and training to maximize ALHIST team performance.
• Time Tracking Management: Overseeing the time tracking process for internal and external personnel providing insight on workloads to managers and analyzing variances against budget.
• IT Finance tooling Projects: Acting as the primary partner in the enhancement of the current IT finance tooling leveraging on Group IT Projects (ITFM).
• Process Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of existing controlling processes and tools.

Profil recherché

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project controlling / IT controlling
• Reliable rigorous autonomous with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with financial data and group tools: Google Sheets, IRIS, Smart Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise presentations (Flash RF / Target canonicals).
• Fluent in English.
