Description du poste

A well-established international industrial group is looking for a Field Sales Representative to support the growth of its spare parts business for heavy machinery across a defined regional territory. This is a standalone role with full commercial responsibility and the potential for future career progression . The position reports to the Sales Manager and includes a comprehensive onboarding program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales of a complete product range (mechanical parts, undercarriages, ground engaging tools, equipment)
  • Manage and expand a B2B client base (public works companies, quarries, earthmovers)
  • Conduct approximately 370 client visits per year across the assigned territory (departments 36, 37, 41, 49, 72, 79, 85, 86)
  • Achieve commercial targets in terms of revenue, margin, and service quality
  • Collect market data and provide structured reporting
  • Promote client loyalty and act as a key contact for the region
  • Suggest improvements and contribute to ongoing business development

Position Context

  • Full autonomy over your commercial zone (you will be the only representative in the region)
  • No team management required
  • Technician category position with forfeit jour working hours
  • Initial onboarding at HQ and ongoing support from experienced sales peers
  • Career development opportunities are available for high performers

Ideal Profile

  • Educational background in sales with technical skills (or technical training with sales experience)
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in construction, quarrying, or related sectors
  • Good understanding of heavy equipment, hydraulics, or mechanical systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a full sales cycle
  • Valid drivers license required

  • Salary package : 36,000-50,000 gross + 6,000 variable
  • Company vehicle, fuel and toll cards, business expense card
