A rapidly growing global beauty brand is expanding its presence across Europe and is seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager (with focus on the Sephora account) to drive growth in France & Europe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys combining sales, training, and team development within the beauty sector.

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening brand presence, and leading education initiatives across key European territories. The role supports both retail partners and the professional channel, ensuring excellent execution and effective brand representation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sephora & other key realtors
  • Conduct regular visits to key stores and professional accounts to ensure consistent brand execution and stock availability.
  • Implement strategic sales plans, promotional programs, and in‑store opportunities to support growth.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to elevate product knowledge and strengthen brand advocacy.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Beauty Consultants to achieve performance goals.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams across the region.
  • Work closely with distributors to activate strategic plans and accelerate professional channel growth.
  • Coordinate events and education programs across the region.
Must‑Haves
  • Fluency in French and English
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales ideally within the beauty industry
  • Experience working with Sephora account
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience in professional beauty environments
  • Experience within prestige retail
Location and Travel

This is a remote position based in Paris, with frequent travel.
