The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer training, requiring a Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or a related field. Proficiency in French and Mandarin is essential, along with hands-on capabilities in electronics. Candidates should be diligent, responsible, and able to work under pressure while ensuring customer satisfaction. Willingness to travel domestically is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electronic engineering, microelectronics, computer science, automation, or related fields.
• Preferred experience in after-sales or technical support.
• Strong hands-on capabilities with mechanical electronics circuits.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to dealers and service partners to resolve software/hardware issues.
• Conduct product maintenance and technical upgrades for stable equipment operation.
• Analyze and generate reports for robot after-sales issues.
• Conduct on-site testing and provide feedback.
• Assist in collecting after-sales issues and product improvement suggestions.
• Collaborate with the sales team for pre-sales and after-sales support.
• Train dealers and service partners for better service capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to dealers and service partners in resolving software and hardware issues during machine deployment (software/electrical/algorithm functions, etc.).
• Conduct product maintenance, service, technical upgrades, and software version iterations for customers in the region to ensure stable equipment operation.
• Analyze, categorize, track, and generate analysis reports for robot after-sales issues.
• Track and rectify defects in functions on-site, conduct on-site testing, and provide feedback on test results.
• Assist regional managers in collecting after-sales issues, product improvement suggestions, and customer satisfaction assessments to drive enhancements in remote and intelligent operation tools, increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product functionality, usability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver pre-sales and after-sales support in the region, assisting agents in product demonstrations, deployment, and training to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train dealers and service partners, providing tailored training to enhance their after-sales service capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electronic engineering, microelectronics, computer science, automation, or related fields.
• After-sales/ technical support work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in French and Mandarin.
• Strong hands-on capabilities and a deep understanding of mechanical electronics circuits; experience with Linux platforms is a plus.
• Diligent, responsible, ability to handle pressure, and adept at problem-solving.
• Willing to travel domestically
