Le candidat idéal aura au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans les ventes B2B, une expertise en sécurité, et doit être bilingue suédois et fluent en anglais. Ce poste implique la prospection de nouveaux clients et la gestion de projets complexes, avec des déplacements fréquents à l'international. Qualifications

Missions

As part of our continued international growth strategy, we are looking for a Business Developer based in Sweden to strengthen our international sales team, reporting directly to the Head of International Sales.

You will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Nordic region (Finland, Norway, Denmark & Sweden).

Your task will be to implement the business development strategy of HIRSCH SECURE SAS within the sales zone and to increase our current sales turnover by selling access control, perimeter intrusion and video solutions and services to new and existing customers, as well as developing leads with end‑users and security consultants.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Prospection and acquisition of new customers; installers and systems integrators.
  • Prescribe products and solutions to end‑users and security consultants.
  • Organize and carry out productive business meetings at the customer and end‑user sites.
  • Project management in collaboration with all teams (technical, production, sales, admin.).
  • Product management in collaboration with customers and end‑users.
  • Providing sales training to installers and system integrators.
  • Participation at trade fairs, targeted events, and lobbying groups.
  • Negotiation & contracts: Lead commercial negotiations and complete formal agreements.
  • Market intelligence: analyse trends and competition to continuously refine the strategy.
  • Internal coordination & reporting: collaborating with internal teams to ensure success.

The scope of the role may evolve over time depending on performance and market developments.

Frequent international travel required.

Profil

Masters degree (Bac) in Business, Sales or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar B2B sales role, ideally within security, access control, Perimeter Intrusion, or video surveillance.

Hard Skills :
  • Native or bilingual Swedish.
  • Fluent English (C1 level required).
  • The ability to speak French would be a nice to have but is not obligatory.
  • Strong international mindset.
  • Ability to work in technical environments (electronics & IT).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (ideally Dynamics or Salesforce).
Soft skills :
  • Hunter profile with experience in both customer prospection & end‑user prescription.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and results‑driven.
  • Strong relationship‑building and persuasion skills.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional and international teams.
