The Expert Consulting Track (ECT) is vital to BCG’s ability to meet clients’ demand for deep expertise and advanced technical capabilities. Experts deliver impact for complex client challenges, focusing on thought leadership, commercial capabilities, and intellectual property assets. Experts work as part of multidisciplinary teams to bring the “best of BCG” to clients, often coming from industry, academia, or specialized consulting.
