Your opportunity

We are looking for an Execution Project Manager (M/F), based in Reichstett (Est of France) or Welwyn Garden City (England), to be part of North Europe EPM (Engineering & Project Management) Organization. As our Execution Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving day to day new equipment project management operations from order intake to project closing. You will be the main contact of the client for all technical and organizational points directly linked to the project, to ensure deliverables are being achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders’ satisfaction.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Lead Equipment Project Manager, your missions on this role will be the following:

  • Full accountability for S-Q-C-D deliverables (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) across assigned new equipment projects.
  • HSE compliance: Ensure Health & Safety plans are in place before site activities begin, meeting all environmental and safety standards.
  • Cost control: Deliver projects within the approved budget baseline.
  • Schedule adherence: Complete all deliverables on time, aligned with project timelines.
  • Contract management: Oversee equipment supply phases, including third-party components, shipping, installation, and commissioning.
  • Customer & contract focus: Understand client needs and ensure proper sign-off of contractual deliverables.
  • Risk management: Identify, assess, and implement response plans to mitigate project risks.
  • Stakeholder communication: Ensure timely, transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team leadership: Build a collaborative environment, ensuring the right people and skills are in place at the right time.
  • Use of PM tools: Leverage project management systems for planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Your Profile

Holder of a Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, you have a proven experience in industrial project management, ideally within the Beverage Industry.

You are proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and have already worked with ERP systems such as SAP.

Fluency in English is required for this position.

Confident in public speaking and equipped with strong interpersonal skills, you are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and have a problem-solving mindset.

You set high personal goals and strive to challenge your own performance.

You are willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice-to-haves

  • You are fluent in a third language;
  • You hold a PMI certification.
