Job Description

Autel France is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EV Charger Delivery Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of EV chargers and customized energy products to key clients across France.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of key accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional service and building long‑term relationships with VIP clients. Ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project, from purchase order to delivery completion. Develop, organize, and execute comprehensive delivery plans to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontracted partners, including product, engineering, service, and logistics teams, to ensure collaboration and alignment in all phases of project execution.
• Take full responsibility for maintaining appropriate inventory levels based on sales forecasts. Develop and implement supplemental plans to ensure product availability, monitor supply progress, and manage any potential delays.
• Play a supervisory role in managing the ordering system across different internal operational teams. Ensure shipment efficiency and accuracy at the system level, facilitating smooth internal processes.
• Support and actively contribute to global tenders by collaborating with international teams to drive new business opportunities and support growth initiatives.
• Regularly report delivery progress, project status, and any issues or risks to both the sales team and management. Ensure transparency and provide updates to inform decision-making and maintain alignment with business objectives.
