European Sales Director Job

Location: Lyon, France

Salary: €100,000 - €130,000 base + Bonus + other benefits

The organization is a leading manufacturer of single-use bioprocess products all designed exclusively for the biopharmaceutical industry and centred on innovation.

The Position

• Part of the executive leadership team responsible for contributing strategically and aligning the commercial team with the commercial strategy of the company.
• Using experience and industry expertise to structure the commercial side of the business.
• Manage and develop the commercial team through mentoring, guiding and training.
• Drive sales across the EMEA region.
• The position is home based in France preferably near Lyon.
• Carry out reporting, analyse and deploy the actions necessary for the development of our market.

The Requirements

• Sales experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• 10 years relevant experience is required with at least 5 as a leader.
• Valid Drivers licence as well as fluent French and English are essential.
