Vous aurez la responsabilité de gérer la mise en œuvre de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central et de conduire le changement au sein des équipes. Recherchons une personne avec 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, un Master en management ou informatique, et des compétences solides en gestion de projets complexes. We are looking for a colleague ready to commit to a structuring and strategic project within a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The SCHROLL Group values innovation and environmental commitment, and promotes the development and advancement of its employees.
You hold a higher education degree in Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, computer science or equivalent. You have a proven track record of 8 to 10 years in ERP project management, ideally acquired in a multi-company environment.
You are proficient in the main project management methods (Agile, Prince2, PMI) and are recognized for your ability to manage complex projects, from the scoping phase to deployment.
Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to unite and mobilize different stakeholders around common objectives, particularly in contexts of sustainable transformation.
