Une entreprise innovante dans le secteur de la gestion des déchets recherche un Chef de Projet ERP expérimenté à Cernay, Normandie. Vous aurez la responsabilité de gérer la mise en œuvre de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central et de conduire le changement au sein des équipes. Recherchons une personne avec 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, un Master en management ou informatique, et des compétences solides en gestion de projets complexes. Conditions attractives avec des possibilités de télétravail et un salaire compétitif sur 13 mois.

Qualifications

  • Expérience de 8 à 10 ans en gestion de projet ERP, de préférence dans un environnement multi-entreprises.
  • Capacité à gérer des projets complexes depuis la phase de cadrage jusqu'au déploiement.
  • Maitrise des méthodes de gestion de projet.

Responsabilités

  • Définir, planifier et surveiller la mise en œuvre de chaque phase du projet ERP.
  • Piloter l'analyse et la conception d'un prototype.
  • Accompagner le changement et organiser des ateliers de formation.
  • Superviser les tests et assurer la fiabilité des données migrées.

The profile we are looking for

We are looking for a colleague ready to commit to a structuring and strategic project within a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The SCHROLL Group values innovation and environmental commitment, and promotes the development and advancement of its employees.

You hold a higher education degree in Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, computer science or equivalent. You have a proven track record of 8 to 10 years in ERP project management, ideally acquired in a multi-company environment.

You are proficient in the main project management methods (Agile, Prince2, PMI) and are recognized for your ability to manage complex projects, from the scoping phase to deployment.

Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to unite and mobilize different stakeholders around common objectives, particularly in contexts of sustainable transformation.

What will your responsibilities be?
  • Managing the ERP project You define, plan, and monitor each phase of the project implementation. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP (scoping, design, migration, deployment, change management). You guarantee adherence to costs, deadlines and the quality of deliverables.
  • Perform the analysis & design : You lead the creation of a pilot prototype and align business processes to maximize the adoption of a cutting‑edge innovation solution.
  • Driving change & communication : You support your colleagues in adopting the new ERP, organize inspiring workshops and impactful training to facilitate the transition and raise awareness of the added value of the new solutions implemented.
  • Ensuring quality & support : You supervise the tests, ensure the reliability of the migrated data and implement a post‑project continuous improvement plan.
